About Tenacious Health and Fitness
As a certified Body Sculpting Technician and certified Personal Trainer, my passion is to guide people towards a healthier lifestyle. Everybody is unique, with their own strengths and limitations. My method is to build a custom plan based on your health, body goals, schedule and more importantly, fitness goals. Whether it be with my non-surgical body sculpting techniques or in the gym using weights (or both), I aim to transform your body and influence you to make more mindful decisions when it comes to your health.

During your consultation, we will discuss your goals, your desired results, suggest a package to help you achieve the desired results and take measurements. Be sure to have all your questions ready!
