T.H.F. POLICIES

Everything you need to know about our: Booking, Deposit, Payment and Cancellation Policies

 

Booking Policy: To book an appointment, please click the info link in your selected service and send an email with the time, date and service of your choice or call us at 678-861-8855.  

Deposit Policy: Your $100.00 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is due at the time of booking and will be used towards the total amount of your service. You can pay your deposit via Zelle (thfitnessllc@gmail.com), Cash App ($thfitnessllc) or Venmo (@Thfitnessllc). When you arrive for your service, remainder of your payment must be paid in the form of cash, Zelle or Venmo prior to services being rendered.


Payment of Packages/Services: If you choose to purchase your desired package/service via the website, there will be a 5% charge added to your total. If you pay your balance at your appointment with a cc, there will be a 5% charge added to you total. There will be no additional fee added if you pay for your packages/services and products via Zelle (thfitnessllc@gmail.com), Cash App ($thfitnessllc) or Venmo (@Thfitnessllc). 


Refund Policy: Thfitnessllc does not offer refunds on services or products.

Late Policy: Please call/text 678-861-8855 if you are running behind for your scheduled appointment. You have a 15 minute grace period. After 15 minutes, your appointment will be canceled and only half of your $100.00 deposit will be used towards the total amount of your services. 

Cancellation PolicyTHE $100.00 DEPOSIT IS NON-REFUNDABLE.


  • - IF YOU CAN NOT MAKE YOUR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT, YOU MUST CANCEL WITHIN 24 HOURS OF THE SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT AND RESCHEDULE ANOTHER APPOINTMENT FOR NO MORE THAN 15 CALENDAR DAYS FROM THE DATE OF YOUR ORIGINAL APPOINTMENT. 



  •  

    - IF YOU FAIL TO FOLLOW THE CANCELLATION POLICY, YOU WILL FORFEIT YOUR DEPOSIT AND IT WILL NOT BE USED FOR THE RESCHEDULING OF YOUR NEXT APPOINTMENT. 



  • - IF YOU CANCEL YOUR SECOND APPOINTMENT, YOU WILL NEED TO PAY ANOTHER DEPOSIT OF $50.00 IN ORDER TO RESCHEDULE. THIS DEPOSIT WILL NOT BE USED TOWARDS THE TOTAL COST OF YOUR SERVICE. 



  • - IF YOU CANCEL FOR A THIRD TIME, YOU WILL ONLY BE ALLOWED TO SCHEDULE ANOTHER APPOINTMENT BY PAYING FOR YOUR SESSIONS IN FULL. 



No Call No Show Policy: YOU FORFEIT YOUR FULL DEPOSIT AND WILL NO LONGER BE ALLOWED TO SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT.
